"This Indenture made this 2nd day of August .. 1802 Between James Imprie
and donald Mcdoanld farmers, Both of Moon township, Bever county ... Whereas
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have by their letters pattent granted to
thomas Moore a certain traact of Land called Locust ridge (Situate on the
head waters of Sesrvice creek Containing 410 acres adn 3/4 ... Bearing date
the 23rd day of May 1795 ... Now the aforesaid Thomas Morr having Bargained
... by his deed of Conveyance to me - dated January the 26th ... 1796, On
ehundred acres ... of siad Tract of land called Locust ridge ... Know all
men by these presents that I the aforesaid James Imbrie for in consideration
of the sum of 40 pounds Pennsylvania currency to me in hand paid ... do
Bargain sell ... to the aforesaid Dananld McDannald ... all that tract of
Land confirmed to me by Thomas Moor, being 100 acres. Bounded as folows.
Beginning at a hickory ... thence by land of Henry Craig ... thence yb land
of John Nilson ... thence by land of William Littell ... to the first mentioned
Hickory ...
