Know all men by these presents that we Cornelius and Owen McDonald for
and in consideration of $150 dollars in hand paid by William Cole have assigned
transferred and set over and by these presents do assign transfer and set
over our right title claim and demand of the within deed and the land therein
mentioned or intended to be granted or conveyed to us unto the said William
Cole his heirs and assigns to his and their benefit and behoof forever.
In testamony wherof we have herunto set our hands and seals this 22nd
day of December in the year of our Lord 1814.

This Indenture made the 20th day of June in the year ... 1828. Between
Corneluis McDonald of the Borough of Ebensburg in the County of Cambria
... and Rachel his wife of the first part and Owen McDonald of the same
place Esquire of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Corneluis McDonald
and Rachel hiw wife for and in consideration of teh sum of $150 ... have
granted ... All the following described tract or piece of ground situated
in Cambria Township in the County aforesaid viz. 27 acres and 130 perches
bounded as follows. James Rhey on west, and thomas Owen on North; Philip
Horn on east; adn Richard Tibboth on South and others (it being the same
tract or piece of land which by sundry means conveyances and assurances
in teh law becames vested in John Parrotts; and which by virtue of a writ
of Vauditioni exponas issued out of the court of Common Pleas of Cambria
county aforesaid at teh suit of Jonathan A. Scott against the said John
Parrots. The said Owen McDonald then High Sheriff of the said County of
Cambria did on the 5th day of January AD 1821 sell to the said corneluis

Mary R. McDonald to Eliza McDonald
This Indenture made the first day of April AD 1846 BEtween Mary Reynolds McDonald, of Peebles Township, Allegheny County and State of Pennsylvania of the one part, and Mrs[?] Eliza McDonald, of the Township, County and State aforesaid. Whereas the said Mary R. McDonald, is a daughter and heir at law of Owen McDonald, late of the Borough of Ebensburg, County of Cambria ... who died intestate and as such heir is the owner of the one undivided third part (subject to the widows third) of all the real, estate wheresoever Situate of which her said fatehr died seized or possessed of, and where as the said Mary R. McDonald is about to enter and become a member of a certain institiution Styled and Known as "The Sisters of Charity of the convent of St. Joseph" located ner Emmittsburg in the State of Maryland, and before entering said institution, is anxious to secure her mother a life Estate in all the Real Estate, to which the said Mary is in any way entitled, so that her said mother may have an assurance of a certain livelihood for and during her natural life of the said Eliza McDonald and whereas the said Eliza hath advanced the necessary means to enable the said Mary to enter the said institution. Now Therefore this Indenture Witnesses that the said Mary R. McDonald for and in consideration of the premises and also in consideration fo the natural love and affection of the said Mary for and towards her said mother Eliza McDonald hath granted ... all the right, title, ...of all and every of the tracts of pieces of land, lots and out lots bounded and described as follows, to wit: [long description of various parcels described, here summarized as follows:

2) 27 acres 130 perches of land, Cambria Township, Cambria Co., conveyed
to Owen McDonald by Cornelius McDonald 1828
3) Lot No. 61 Town of Ebensburg, south side of Ogle Street, conveyed
to Owen McDonald by Mary Scott 1838.
4) lot in Ebensburg on the south side of Homer Street, being the north
moeity of lot #18, also lots #19 & 20, also lots 20 & 29, conveyed
to Owen McDonald by James Maloy 1818. Also lots #s 77, 78, 40, 59, 51,
in the town of Ebensburg and out lots 40 and 51.
5) Also lots 61 and 132 in the plan of Munster, Cambria Co.
6) Lot known as "Nine Basin", situated on the Canal Basin in the new town plot laid out adjoining the old town of Hollidaysburgh in the county of Blair late county of Huntingon, also lot # 15 in Hollidaysburgh.
7) Lot in Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, fronting on Diamond alley, running towards 5th St., conveyed to Owen McDonald by James B. Irwin 1839, Allegheny Co. deed Bk 3, lot 58, page 293.
8) 7 acre tract in Peebles Township, Allegheny County, "bounded by land of G. Dennison, William McElwine and others"
9) 2 lots, Nos. 17 & 18, in the plan of the village of East Liberty , conveyed by Hon. Benjamin Patton to Eliza McDonald 1844, Allegheny Co. deed Bk. 67, page 576.

that the said part of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of $350 ... have granted ... All that certain piece of land being a portion
of the out lots of the Borough of Ebensburg, bounded butted and described
as follows, Beginning at a post on line of David J. Evans lands ... with
lots of Richard Jones Jr. to a post on Catherine Street, thence ... with
land of said McDonald ... containing 3 acres. (An alley sixteen feet and
one half in width runs through this land which said alley is reserved out

Joseph McDonald of the borough of Ebensburg county of Cambria and ... Frances
his wife of the first part and William Oherry[?] of the Borough County and
State aforesaid ... Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of $600 ... have granted ... all that
certain piece or parcel of land situate in Cambria Township, Cambria County
, Pennsylvania, containing 99 acres, and 9 perches being part of a tract
of land survey in the name of William Harris, adjoining lands of Elizabeth
Holder William Oherry and others, which by sundry means conveyances and
apurances in the law[?] became vested in a certain Patrick O'Connell whose
right and title was sold to Silas Moore by the then High Sheriff of Cambria
county, John McGough, whose deed has date the 6th day of July 1821 and Silas
Moore and Lucretia his wife by their deed being date the 8th[?] day of September
1827, sold to John Rainey and the High Sheriff of Cambria County by his
deed poll bearing date the 2nd day of Octoabe A.D. 1845 sold the same to
Joseph McDonald, as in and by the accords of Cambria County in Volume 8

McDonald, one of the daughters of Owen McDonald, late of Cambria County
in the State of Pennsylvania, deceased, the said Mary R. now being in the
city of Wilmington in the state of Delaware, of the first part; Eliza Ann
McDonald of Cambria County aforesaid, but now in the said city of Wilmington,
of the second part, and Eliza McDonald, widow of said deceased, of Cambria
County aforesaid, but now also in the said city of Wilmington, of the third
and last part. Witnesseth, that in consideration of the trust and confidence
reposed by the parties of the first and second parts in the party of the
third part hereto and also of five dollars paid by the party of the third
part to each of the parties of the first and second parts before the execution
hereof, they the said Mary R. McDonald and Eliza Ann McDonald do grant ...
unto the said Eliza McDonald ... all and singular the right, title ... in
the real and personal estate of the said Owen McDonald deceased, situate
in the city of Pittsburg Allegheny County, Cambria County and Blair County
in the state of Pennsylvania or wheresoever else ... and when ... the purchase
money [from sale of Owen's estate] may be received by the said trustee in
trust as to the proceed of such sales after the payment of the expenses
thereof, to distrubute and pay over the same to herself the said Eliza the
widow of said deceased and to the said Mary R. and Eliza Ann his two surviving
daughters ... giving to siad Eliza however in addition to her dower interest
in the real estate and her legal portion of the person estate, all such
portion of said estate real and personal and its proceeds as would belong
to Rodelia McDonald a deceased child of said Owen McDonald deceased were
she living at the time of such distrubution; she having expressed a wish
that her mother should have the same and it being the intention of the parties
hereto to carry said wish fully into effect.
