Robert Craig and Jean McDonald
This morsige[sic] contract made this seaventh day of September ...1803 between Robert Craig and Jean McDonald widow of John McDonald both of the township of Wheatfield county of Indiana...Witnesseth that I Robert Craig covinanted and agred with Jean McDonald before our morsige that all the estate real and personall that is now in her hands left at her dispossel by her husband or two hundred pounds left her by her step father James Marchel of York County I hearby acknowledge by this morage contract me my heirs to bee forever debarred and for quit claim to the estate of my intended wife the aforesaid Jean McDonnald In testimony whereof I have hearunto set my hand and seal this Seventh day of September the year ...1803.
