1846, William McDonald Adm to John Baskin, X-1-98
"this INdenture mde this 27th day of April in the year of our Lord 1846 Between Alexander r. Nickle Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattles rights and credits which were of William McDonald late of Delaware township Mercer county deceased at the time of his death (who died intestate) of the one part and Dr. John Baskin of the other part .Whereas the said William McDonald in his lifetime and at the time of is death was seized in his demesne as of fee of and in a certain tract of alnd situate in Delaware township Mercer County ... [missing entire page] ... issues & profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever of him the said William McDonald in his lifetime at and immediately before the time of his decease or of him the said Alexander R. Nickle in law or equity or otherwise howsoever of into or out of the same to have and to hold the said piece or parcel of land hereditaments adn prmises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Dr. John Baskin his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand & Seal the day and year above written

William McDonald - Commonwealth of PA H-1-191, 1787

"The Supreme Executive council of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to all to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that in considerationof the services tendered by William McDonald private in the late army of the United States there is a granted by the said Comonwealth unto the said William McDonald a certain tract of parcel of land lying in the county of Westmoreland in the second district of donation lands beginning at an asp tice[?] the nisme-[?] corner and beginning south by tolns[?] 1812 two hundred & sixty one & one half perches to an Elm thence east by lot N162 one hundred and 35 perches to a post white oack thence north by lot no 1820 261 adn 1/2 perches to a post and Elm thence west by lot no. 1814 130 perches to the place of Beginning. Containing 200 acres and allowance of siad -[?] for roads & numbered MDCCCXiii. With its appurtanances unto the said William McDonald his heirs and assigns forever...In Witness whereof the Honorable Charles Biddle Esq vice president of the Supreme Executive council ...set his hand and caused the state seal to be affixed the 19th day of January ...1787... Inrolled in the rolls office for the State of Pennsylvania in Patent book no 11 Page 116., the deed ..deed book no 18 page 594.

To all ... I William McDonald of Downingstown in the County of Chester ...Know ye that I the Said William McDonald for & in consideration of 5 pounds five shillings to me in hand paid by Jacob Sulger[?] of the city of Philadelphia Baker[?] ...I do hereby acknowledge have granted...unto the said Jacob Sulger...that tract of land situate lying and being bounded ...containing two hundred acres...this 20th day of January...1787.

William McDonald - James Pierce D-3-102 1871 Sharpsville

"This indenture made the 24th day of January...1871 Between James Pierce and Chlouhis[?] wife of Hickory township Mercer County...of the first part and William Mcdonald of Sharpsville...for the sum of $400..all that certain piece of land designated on the map of the village of Sharpsville as number 12, Section C fronting on Mercer Avenue 8 perches and runnin gback same width with an alley 20 perches and on the lisle[?] of lot No 11 17 and 95/100 perches, containing 150 perches..."

William L McDonald - Wilson McDonald Y-5-120 1891 Perry Twp

"This indenture made this 19th day of September...1891. Between Wilson McDonald of Mercer county Penna ...and William L. McDonald and Asa McDonald of same county...the sum of $1000 dollars ...hath sold... all that certain piece or parcel of land situate in Perry township Mercer County Pa and bounded north by lands of James Riley East by publick road, South by public road and west by lands of Marian Vanmeter and contig. 41 acres and eleven perches...being same land conveyed by B. S. White administrator of May White deceased to first party hereto by deed dated May 5, 1888 and recorded in the proper office in Mercer County Pa. in deed book "P" Vol 5 Page 113 oc.

This deed is made and accepted subject to the payment of six hundred and sixteen and 63/100 dollars on the death of Ruth M. Zahniser to the heirs or legatees of William Zahniser dec'd the interest of said $616.63 to be paid to the said Ruth M. Zahniser during her natural life in accordance with decree of distrubution in the estate of the said William Zahniser dec'd as found of record in the Orphans Court, Mercer Co., Pa.
