Before me, a Register for the probate of wills, etc., in and for said county, personally came Elizabeth McDonald who, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says the Wm. McDoanld late of Sharpsville deceased, died ont eh 17th day of dec. AD 1904 [must be 1903] at or neaer the hour of 9 p.m. on said day.

In the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Pennsylvania. No. ____ Term, 1906
In re Estate of WILLIAM McDONALD, deceased
to the Honorable A. W. Williams, Judge of said court:

The petition of Elizabeth McDonald respectfully represents:
That she is the widow of the said William McDoanld, deceased, and that she was appointed administrix of his estate on the fourth day of January, A. D. 1905.
That the only heirs and next of kin of the said William McDonald are the said Elizabeth McDonald, hi widow, Mary Elizabeth McDonald, Margaret McDonald, Robert E. McDonald, James Charles McDonald and William H. McDonald, all the children of said decedent.
That all of said heirs and next of kin are above the age of 21 years, and that your petitioner has paid to each of them the full amount due each from said estate and has received their receipts therefore, said receipts being hereto attached and made a part hereof.
That the full amount that came into the hands of your petitioner as administratirix was $1500 and that the claims against said estate, including funeral expenses, amounted to $671.92, leavfng a balance in her hands for distrubution of $828.08, which said sum has been properly distrubuted among the persons entitled thereto, as evidenced by the receipts hereto attached.
Your petitioner further represents that all the debts against said estate have been fully paid and that there are no claims of any nature outstanding against said estate.
She, therefore, prays this Honorable Court to grant her a discharge as administratrix of said estate without the expense of filing an accout.
And she will ever pray, etc.

We the undersigned, being all the heirs and next of kin of the said William McDonald, deceased, hereby certify that we and each of us have received from the said Elizabeth Mcdonald, Administratrix, our proportionate shares in full of the personal estate of the said decedent, and we repectfully pray the Court to grant the prayer of the petitioner and discharge her as administratrix without the expense of filing an account.

Elizabeth McDonald, being first duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that since the preparations of the above petiton for discharge, Robert E. McDonald, one of the children and heirs as above named, has been compelled to sail for Japan, and that it will take considerable time to send said petition for his signature; and she, therefore, requests the court to grant her discharge, owing ot the fact that the receipt signed by the said Robert E. McDonald for his share in the estate is hereto attached.
She hereby certifying that the signature to said receipt is genuine and in teh proper handwriting of the said Robert E. McDoanld.
