Preceeding deed)

(Jos. Keck to Arch Hammil: K-1-526) Made 12 Dec 1828 between Joseph Keck of Pymatuning township and Catherine his wife and Archibald Hammil of Salem Township...Whereas Jacob Loutzenhiser & Jacob Keck of Jacob Loutzenhiser dec'd by indenture dated the 3rd of November 1822 conveyed a certain tract of land situate in West Salem township containing 218 acres unto John Keck ... and by indenture dated the 11th of November 1823 conveyed the same unto the said Joseph Keck ...who has since laid out part of said tract of land into town lots and called the same Kecks addition to Greenville...Now this indenture witnesseth that the said Joseph Keck and Catharine his wife for...the sum of seventeen dollars fifty cents...do sell...unto the said Archibald Hammill...the following described town lot situate in Kecks addition to Greenville numbered in the concise draft fo said town No 93 bounded as follows to wit: in front by Shenango Street on the West No 94, on the north by {/} alley and on the East fy Race[?] street alley, said lot being 60 feet in front by 120 feet in depth...etc.)

Know all men...that we Archibald Hammil & Elizabeth his wife for in consideration of the sum of nineteen dollars and fifty cents in hand paid by Alexander McDonald we have ....sold...unto the said Alexander McDonald all our right...to lot No 93 granted by the within deed...witnesses our hands & seals March 21st 1831.

Asa McDonald from Lydia McDonald G-8-532 1906 Fairview

"This indenture made the 25th day of May...1906 Between Lydia McDonald (widow of Wilson McDonald) of Perry township, Mercer County... William L. McDonald and Esther his wife of Greenville...William Foster and Mary J. Foster his wife of Butler, Penna., and John McDonald and Ida his wife of Fairview township, Mercer County...parties of the first part and Asa McDonald of Greenville, Penna, party of the second part...

Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for...the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable considerations lawful money...paid by the said party of the second part...all that certain piece or parcel of land situate in Fairview township, Mercer County, Penna, bounded on the north by land of William Stillings; on the east by land of M. J. Eckles; on the south by land of William Eckles; on the west by land of James Randolph and John McDonald, containing 26 and one-half acres...this being land formerly owned by Wilson McDonald, now deceased, who died intestate and the grantors and grantee being all of his legal heirs....

Charles McDonald to William H.S. McDonald S-1-506, 1841
"This Indenture made and concluded this 28th day of May 1841 between Charles McDonald of the one part adn William McDonald, all of Delaware township Mercer County. Witnesseth that thepart of the first part for himself his heirs executors administrators and assigns for the consideraton herein after mentioneddoth covenant grant adn sell unto the party of the Second his[?] lision[?] to[?] the following described tract of alnd being fifty acres of the tract Granted by the Commonwealth to robert McDonald by Patent No. 850 4th District of donation lands of the South East --[?]-- Said tract bound North by the ballance of said tract East James hawthorn south by James Huid by said tract Containing fifty acres as aforesaid and the party of the first part further further agrees to make unto the party of the Second part a good and lawful deed for the same once[?] at the death of Mrs Mary McDonald relict of Robert McDonald Dec'd and the part of the second part agrees to pay unto the party of the first part said fifty acres aforesaid the sum of five hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States. In witness whereof we hereunto set our hand and seal this day and year above written.

E.E. McDonald - Jos. McDonald B-4-249 1878 Mercer

"This indenture, made the 26th day of April...1878 Between Joseph McDonald of Burlingame Stae of Kansas of the first part and Sarah Elizabeth and Ellen Isabella McDonald both of the borough of Mercer...for the sum of $1200...do sell...that certain piece and parcel of land situate in the borough of Mercer...bounded and described as foolows, to wit: bounded on the east by Erie street, on the north by Samuel Givenen[?] land, on the west by an alley and on the south by property owned by Stewarts[?] heirs., it being the same property deeded to me by S. Rankin and [rest is blank].

Elizabeth McDonald - Wm H. McDonald et al. W-7-543 1904 Sharpsville

"This indenture made the 23rd day of December...1904 Between William H. McDonald, unmarried, of Struthers, Mahoning county, Ohio; John G. McDonald, unmarried of Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana; Robert E. McDonald, unmarried, of Hampton, Virginia, Margaret E. McDonald, and Mary E. McDonald, both unmarried, of the Borough of Sharpsville, Mercer County...parties of the first part and Elizabeth McDonald of said Borough of Sharpsville, County and State aforesaid party of the second part; Witnesseth, ...for the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration lawful money...all that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Sharpsville...bounded and described as follows, to wit: on the north by an alley, on the east by lot numbered 38, on lthe south by Shenango street, and on the west by lot numbered 40, being in length from north to south 148 + 1/2 feet and in width from east to west 66 feet and being that part of lot numbered 39 in section "B" of Pierce's addition to Sharpsville (see map of said addition recorded in said county in Deed Book "X", Vol 4, pg 635, March 1st 1886), remaining after taking a strip 16 1/2 feet in width from the southern end of said lot as originally laid out, which strip now forms part of said Shenango Street. And being land of which William McDonald, late of said Borough of Sharpsville, died seized and which on his death intestate vested in his children, being the grantors herein mentioned and the said Elizabeth McDonald, his widow the grantee named herein...Being the same land conveyed to the said William McDonald by deed of Jonas J. Pierce and wife, dated the 30th day of April A.D. 1891, and recorded...in Deed Book "Y", Vol 5, page 78.

Said grantees also hereby remise, release and quit claim unto said grantee her heirs and assigns all their right, title, interest and claim to the personal estate of the said William McDonald deceased..."
