Evening Step Aerobics

·        Monday Evening, 5:15 PM – 4:45 PM

·        Costs:  Complete Y Members, No charge; Basic Y Members, $15; Non-Members, $25.

Step Aerobics

  • Upbeat aerobic work-out for all levels.
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
  • Costs: Complete Y Members - No charge. Basic Y Members - $35. Non-Members - $55.

Spinning Program

A new program with the Schwinn Spinning bikes.  Participants are lead in a bike class by a group leader.  For all level bikers.  A great indoor exercise that is fun and challenging. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. 

Afternoon class:  Thursday 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

Schedule and pay by the class.  Cost:  Complete Members, no charge; Basic Members - $2 per class; Non-Members - $4 per class.

Early Morning Spinning

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM.  Costs:  Complete Y Members, no charge.  Basic Y Members, $25.  Non-Members, $45.

Beginning Spinning

This is a program for people who want to get started on a fitness routine.  You do not have to be a biker to enjoy Spinning.  The instructor will help you set up your bike, take you though a beginning routine and answer any questions you may have.  We add in music and fun and you have a great workout. 

Evenings:  Monday and Wednesday 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM.  Cost:  Basic Member $20, Non-Member $40, Complete Member, no charge.

YMCA Cycling

Try a group program that is fun and a great workout.  This class is for all levels.  An instructor will take you through a routine with music.  Mornings:  Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM.  Cost:  Basic Member $25, Non-Member $45, Complete Member, no charge.

Woman's Strength Training

Burn more calories, tone and shape, feel stronger and have more endurance.  It can all happen with a good strength training program.  Learn how to use the Life Fitness equipment and free weights.  Bring a friend.  Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.  Costs:  Complete members, no charge. Basic Y Members - $25. Non-Members - $45.

Senior Strength Training

Gain back physical strength and endurance.  It's easy and fun to do.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Costs: Complete Y Members - No charge. Basic Y Members - $25. Non-Members - $45.  

Pilates

This is a new program which involves exercising your abdominal and back core muscles.  Pilates is a great mind and body workout.  Mornings:  Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.  Evenings:  Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM, or 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM.  Cost:  Basic Members $20, Non-Member $40, Complete Members, no charge.

Senior Beginning Fitness Class

This is a new program that is designed to get you started in fitness.  If you have never worked out before or are coming back from an operation this will be the course for you.  This class will incorporate lightweights for your upper and lower body.  A personal trainer will take you through a beginning program of strength training.  There will also be a short cardio workout.  Get started and feel better.  You will have more energy and strength.  Mornings, Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.  Cost:  Basic Members $20, Non-Members $40, Complete Members, no charge.

 

Ladies 30-Minute Workout

Want a great workout in only 30 minutes?  The YMCA is offering a ladies fitness program in our new and private Ready to be Fit Room.  We have new cardio and strength training equipment, all easy to use.  A certified personal trainer will get you started, train you on the machines and put you on a fitness program.  The room is used only for this program at these times.  The program runs for 7 weeks.  You must register for a time and only 6 participants per half hour session.  Monday – Saturday 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM, or 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM; or Monday – Friday 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM.  Cost:  Complete Members $5, Basic Members $20, Non-Members $40.

Racquetball Courts

  • Open when the Y is open (YMCA Hours of Operation)
  • Free to Basic or Complete Members, $10.00 per hour for Non Members, in addition to Guest Fees.
  • Walley Ball is available on the same basis as racquetball.
