YMCA Gymnastics!
These are physical
development programs through the use of gymnastics skills and equipment from
the beginner to the advanced levels. Taught by YMCA Gymnastics coach
Denise Forkey. Beginner Gymnastics
Ages 4 - 7 (Co-ed). Thursdays
3:30 PM - 4:15 PM. Costs: Complete members, no charge. Basic Members
$25.00. Non-Members $45.00. Intermediate /
Advanced Gymnastics
Ages 6 and up (must
pre-qualify). Thursday 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM. Costs: Complete Members,
no charge. Basic Members $25.00. Non-Members $45.00. Toddler Tumbling
We offer a tumbling class for
children age 2 – 3 years old. This
class will be a body and spatial awareness class for children. Monday mornings 10:35 AM – 11:05 AM or
Wednesday afternoon 3:45 PM – 4:15 PM.
Cost: Basic Member $25,
Non-Member $40, Complete Member, no charge. Twisters Gymnastics Team
The Twisters are a competitive
team in the Western Mass. Eastern Vermont YMCA League. Gymnasts are
taught USAG compulsory routines
necessary to compete. Levels are determined by the ability of the gymnasts.
The Twisters also do several demonstrations in teh area, march in parades,
have two recitals a year and fundraise for all their equipment! Please contact the Y at
