			HMO Blue gives a $150 refund to subscribers, after they have been a member for 4 months. Rates for Non Members to use the facility Membership Rates are for a full year membership, with the exception of the Three Month Membership. Payment options are as follows: Full payment at joining. Monthly Bank Draft deductions from your checking or savings account. Payments may be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa Card. There is a one time processing fee assessed on all new memberships. The fee is equal to one monthly "Bank Draft" payment in the above chart. For Bank Draft memberships, the first month's payment and the joiners fee is due at the time of joining. Senior Rates apply to members age 60 and over. Senior Couples are members both over the age of 60. The Y does not turn anyone away for an inability to pay. Please ask about our “Y-Aid” program with discounted membership rates based on household income levels.
