There is unusual depth and quality of media serving the Northern Berkshires. This market is the focus of the North Adams Transcript and Advocate newspapers, Berkshire Broadcasting (radio-- WNAW and WMNB), and Northern Berkshire Community Cable Television. It is also the bulk of an Adelphia Cable TV market and is covered by several internet news services, most notably iBerkshires and Streetmail.

All of these outlets have cooperated with NBUW to make our campaigns more visible, to support Real Stories and our other efforts to make social service agencies and their programs better understood by community members.
