Collections

The Sheffield Historical Society and the Mark Dewey Research Center have collections unique to and reflective of the local area and its history. These collections include textiles, artifacts, furniture, family files, town documents, house histories, photographs and maps to mention just a few.

The images pictured here are from the SHS collection. There are a number of period room displays, such as the fireplace setting (below) on view in the Keeping Room of the 1774 Dan Raymond House. Additional details will be posted soon.
